Shape and Tone Echuca
Shape and Tone has been established from the idea that a fitness centre can not only be used to build strength, but can assist in rehabilitation, increase mobility and flexibility. The fitness centre, located in Echuca Moama, Victoria is run by a qualified division 2 nurse with hospital and aged care experience, who understands how your body works, which allows you to get the best possible advice for your body and your work-out.
Exercise Table & Machines
Shape and Tone offers people aged from 18 - 80+ an alternate form of exercise, giving people back the power to move!
Specially-designed exercise machines and tables work on the principle of repetition. The exercise machines do not rely exclusively on the muscle power of the person using the machine. Instead, the machine does the work by repeatedly lengthening and flexing the muscles in a smooth, quiet repetitive range of movements, depending on which machine the person is using.
The movement 'exercises' the muscles, toning them without overstressing them or the joints resulting in shaping and toning of the body.

Kitchen facilities are ready to use - equipped with cooking utensils, pots, crockery and cutler. Stay in comfort with your own individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning and high speed broadband internet access available 24 hours*.

Sofabeds can be provided for an extra guest in our one and two bedroom apartments at a rate of AUD$35 per night ( on request only, these can not be guaranteed for internet bookings unless confirmed directly with reception). Cots are available at a rate of AUD$5 per night. High chairs and baby baths can also be provided free of charge.

Our studio apartments are our most economical option, accommodating up to two guests in a King bed with kitchenette facilities.
One bedroom apartment
Our one bedroom fully equipped apartments are spacious and stylish, accommodation two guests in a King size bed.
Two bedroom apartment
Our spacious two bedroom apartments offer a number of bedding configurations to accommodate up to four guests (in existing bedding).
Three bedroom apartment
Accommodate up to six guests in our generous three bedroom apartments featuring two bathrooms and private balcony.
Old Charm Holiday Villas

Located opposite Moama Bowling Club, fully self contained one, two and three bedroom villas each with private courtyard and undercover parking. Each villa has modern heating (gas log fires in two and three bedroom villas) and split system cooling and heating in all villas. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair drying, 81cm plasma TV, DVD, all double beds are queen size with all linin supplied, as well as outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

Located a short stroll from the CBD, river and port precinct, Cathy's Cottage is a modern newly renovated three bedroom self contained home that has been beautifully decorated for your pleasure to enjoy and relax.
The cottage contains two queen size bedrooms which have been tastefully decorated with natural, relaxing colours. Bedroom bunks make up the third bedroom. The kitchen has all the essentials you need with a fridge, freezer, microwave and gas cooker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath, vanity and hair dryer. Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. There is a large modern lounge room with a TV and DVD surround sound system. As well as a large comfortable table to seat six.
