Recently remodeled, The Venue is a must-see. Featuring stunning colours and furniture, it can accommodate up to 200 guests at tables, with a spacious dance floor and use of the stage if you require.
We will prepare your reception with décor to dazzle the senses. Lit with the glow of lamps and candles, perfumed with flowers, enhanced by soft background music, The Venue presents beautifully. It is a place designed for your guests to relax and celebrate and to share your joy as you embark on life’s journey together.
For the shorter reception where a sit-down meal is not required, the sleek and simplistic elegance of The Pavilion and Piano Lounge is perfect.
Anchored by a magnificent Tree of Life artwork, a realistic redgum in metal, this area features soaring walls, natural light and the quiet neutrals of stone, timber, leather, wicker and fabric.
The patterns and textures are symbolic of the beautiful natural bushland and waterways found along the Murray. No other venue has the unique look and feel of our Pavilion Bar.
Already spacious, the Pavilion Bar opens to an outdoor terrace for extra enjoyment.

We have seven separate rooms which can hold from 15 to 450 people, depending on set-up chosen.
Our major conference room, The Venue, can hold up to 430 people theatre-style.
Together with the Sports Lounge, Parquetry Room, Pavilion Bar, Bistro Terrace and the Board Room, the Club offers you plenty of flexibility in rooms and break-out areas, both large and small.
All but the Board Room are located on the ground floor. A lift is available to the first-floor Board Room. All are heated and air-conditioned.
These rooms can be set up in various formats to suit your different purposes.
Our flexibility extends to setting your start times. Though the club opens to the general public at 10 am each day, we will be open and ready for your event at whatever time you desire.
Most areas are serviced by a conveniently located bar. Tea and coffee stations can be set up wherever required.
Enhance your company’s image
Discerning delegates and clients alike make our recently renovated Pavilion Bar and Piano Lounge a favourite spot. With its calm, neutral tones, cutting-edge design, spaciousness and comfort, the Pavilion Bar is a sanctuary in which to wind down, network, and foster business relationships over a drink.
For a small group, may we suggest The Board Room? You’ll meet for your deliberations around a magnificent, polished timber table, easily able to accommodate 12. Tea and coffee-making facilities, a bar and en suite amenities are attached. Refreshments can be brought to you on request. The Board Room is a perfect location for relaxed, confidential discussions.
